Why I'm running for County Board
As a lifelong Warren County resident, I am committed to preserving the proud legacy that our brave and industrious forebears created out of the raw prairie of Western Illinois. Although I grew up in Monmouth, I spent weekends and summers working on our family farm in Tompkins Township, so I understand the challenges facing both our city and farming communities. I believe my experience in local journalism, banking and education over more than 40 years will make me a valuable voice for the people on the Warren County Board.
